In reply to you question on my WW post..... yes these are my daughters. I have 6 daughters, four are helping with the painting, the youngest I'm trying to keep away from the painting - she's the one in the garden. My eldest daughter helps with other household jobs. My two sons were helping but one had to stop due to the dust affecting his asthma.

Now that is one very cool duel!

The dry ice makes such a thick fog. I imagine your son had planned a big battle in the fog, but could the combatants even see each other in the duel??

On my post, this is my family in 1957, I am on the right in the blond hair (I am giving away my age :). I was ultimately the second of seven children. My grandpa in Ohio was taking the picture, and I imagine this was a long photo shoot. The baby was alert but the other two kids were getting really tired by this point...

My boys had a fog machine for a while when they were in their teens who knows where they got it or where it went, but for a few years they used to fog up one of the rooms and turn on colored lights at night.

There are lots of ways to have fun with dry ice. My son and his friends tended towards the more explosive ways!

Nice to see you use rain barrels. It is surprising how much water you can collect from that method. I read about someone that actually has an underground storage tank his gutters run into.

Varena, that looks so cool! It is definitely fun! Honestly, I have never tried or seen dry ice before! Seriously! I've seen it done in a lot of effects. Oh how I wish one day. Maybe next week I will!
